Notre Maison restaurant organizes the 3rd wine tasting event. Red old Wines are perfect for the winter. We combine Greek appetizers with 3 red wines and 1 fresh white wine. The head person of this event is Ioanna Davleri, a wine & taste expert from the Corinthian Wine Club

Welcome

Trahanosoupa soup with wild pickled mushrooms

Fennel with peppers, spring onion, cherry tomatoes, tuna tartare

WHITE WINE: Fresh Chardonnay, Dereskos estate

Part 2

Various herbs, cabbage, slightly reddened forest greens

RED WINE: Cabernet Sauvignon 2006, Dereskos estate

1st Dish

Wild boar marinated in sour milk with black trumpet & wild rice

RED WINE: Petit Verdot 2005, Papaioannou estate

2nd Dish

Deer with plums and pumpkin

RED WINE: Agiorgitiko Cabernet 2007, Bizios estate
